A re-design of the 3-Minute Thesis, Empower Your Pitch is a public speaking competition designed to give participants strategies for effectively communicating complicated topics to more general audiences. Developed in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, each presenter has three minutes to communicate their research and its importance to a panel of judges from across disciplines.

This year's final will be held Wednesday, April 15th from 5 to 7:30 pm at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center. It will be open to the public and attendees can RSVP. The five judges will award three presenters with monetary prizes, and one presenter will win the Audience Choice Award.
