Professor Korgel Award 2012 Professional Progress Award by AIChE

Professor Brian Korgel has been awarded the 2012 Professional Progress Award for Outstanding Progress in Chemical Engineering by the American Institute for Chemical Engineers (AIChE). Ph.D. Student Linjun Cao Wins Best Student Paper Award at IEEE Conference

Ph.D. Student Linjun Cao won the Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE International Interconnect Technology Conference in San Jose, CA, June 4-6, 2012. Her award-winning paper is entitled, “Analysis of Grain Students by Precession Electron Diffraction and Effects on Electromigration Reliability of Cu Interconnects.” Linjun is supervised by Dr. Paul Ho.
